I feared that my friends were right and that I would not be able to find someone "normal" online, so I shut down my profile. I spent the usual amount of time moping about the end of the relationship before deciding that maybe I should give online dating another chance. But in the meantime, I built an incredibly full life for myself and was happier than I had ever been.

My first foray into the wild world of online dating happened shortly after college. Sure, it's a coincidence that we went chappaduick college together.
